Eternally Yours

by Jack Smith

Who can forget Jack Smith, the Los Angeles Times columnist for nearly 40 years? When he died in 1996, we all lost a treasure. But at least his words have survived. In this volume, Jack's widow Denise, and sons, Curt and Doug, have collected some of their favorite columns as well as those that explain Jack's life and his death.

After Jack Smith passed away in January 1996, his widow, Denny Smith, and his sons Doug and Curt Smith formed the Jack Smith Memorial Fund to honor his memory and support causes that were dear to his heart and life's work. When Denny died in April 2004, Curt and Doug renamed the fund the Jack and Denny Smith Memorial Fund for Literacy . For more information on the Fund and its work, see http://www.literacyla.org/.
